Kundalini Yoga Classes
In Kundalini Yoga classes, we use simple poses, breath-driven exercises, mantra, and meditations to make physical changes to the brain and body that improve mental clarity and promote overall health and well-being.

There are no levels in Kundalini Yoga. All are welcome. Parents are welcome to bring their children at no extra charge. Chairs are available for those who cannot sit on the floor.
